CONTESTS

Winner of Vogue Italia Contest

The exhibit, to commemorate 90 years of Istituto Marangoni, featured nine students with each student designing an outfit inspired by one of the 9 decades.

My outfit was inspired by the decade between 1935-1945 and it featured over 2700 hand-embroidered beads

1st place in IB Kamara mentorship

I was selected by Istituto Marangoni to present my outfit to IB Kamara as part of his mentorship.

My work was inspired by medieval armour, specifically its separate surviving pieces.

The outfit is entirely up-cycled from tapestries and dead-stock fabrics

3rd place at "Moda from School"

I was selected among fellow students from Istituto Marangoni Milan to represent the school at the Moda from School Televised Contest in July 2024. The contest has sustainability as its central theme.

I placed third among 30 contestants from 15 schools around Italy.

I created an up-cycled outfit, from thrifted button-downs and jeans
